After being harassed by spam from a cheesy writer’s workshop, I not only reported the spam to the owners of the conference, I also reported them to SpamCop. I had long meant to sign up with the service, but kept putting off. No longer. SpamCop is easy to use and, in the very least, is a good vent.

Try it yourself.

When globeinvestor.com switched to CSS, it used pixels, which — although much better than points — frustrated some users. Now the site is switching to ems. Unfortunately the text becomes unreadable if the browsers text size is set below medium.

To the rescue came Google, offering a clever little fix from Matt Round.
