Synchronicity

Sometimes coincidences happen at such a perfect moment, it’s as they share a connecting principle.

I was reading the Digital Web magazine’s news section while listening to the Abstract Beats channel on Spinner (soon to be Netscape Plus @ Radio or some such nonsense) when a link on the history of Cooper Black caught my attention.

As it loaded in the background, I began reading another entry about “ The Interface in the Environment – ‘One size fits nobody’”:

For example, Flash designers often include music in their designs to help define the environment. The problem, however, is that the user has already chosen their environment… in my case, I am typically already listening to my own MP3s. Have you ever played 2 audio files at once?

Just as I finished the sentence, the telltale loops Flash soundtrack scattered the beats Spinner had been flowing into my ears.
